Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you love everything that your purchase from Sunkissed the Collective. Just in-case however, we offer the below return policy. 

Full Price Orders (that you need to try on including discount code orders) - Clothing, Swimwear, Hats & Footwear
  • We offer credit notes, exchanges and refunds
  • Item/s must be returned within 14 days (21 days for international orders)
  • We do not refund postage costs

N.B. Returns on orders (that you need to try on) made using a 15% or less discount code will be accepted subject to the points above.

    • Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless faulty
    Sale Orders 
    • We offer exchanges and credit notes only
    • Item/s must be returned within 14 days (21 days for international)
    • Items returned after this period will be sent back to you
    • We are not able to offer refunds on sale or discount code orders when the discount is 20% or more unless the goods are faulty
    • We do not refund postage costs
     All credit notes will be valid for 6 months from date issued.
     
    ALL RETURNS - Must be returned in the same unused condition that you received with the tags attached and wrapped in their original packaging (any item that has been worn, washed, damaged or altered will not be able to be returned).
    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. However, you may be eligible to take advantage of Paypal’s return shipping offer. You can read more about this here

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you may like to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
     
    What if the item I received is faulty?
    We do our best to ensure all items sent to our customers are in perfect condition. If however, you receive an item that you believe is faulty please contact us as soon as possible at aloha@sunkissedthecollective.com or call us on 0421 259 484.
     
    How long will it take to process my credit note, refund or exchange?
    • Credit notes - are issued and emailed as soon as your return is processed.
    • Exchanges – are dispatched within 24 hours of your return being processed.
    • Refunds – are processed as soon as your return is processed but may take up to 7 days to appear in your account.
    Our returns are processed on a weekly basis. Once processed, you will receive an email advising you of this. If you do not receive an email, please check your JUNK mail before contacting us.
